The Belleville Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of Low Rent Public Housing. This program is income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD. If you are in need of assistance on the area please contact the Housing Authority directly at 785-527-5730 to obtain more information about eligibility requirements, availability of rentals, the status of any waiting lists and their application procedures. At this time, units are available for rent.
GRANDVIEW APARTMENTS

Live in you own, individual apartment. control your own cooking, your own thermostat and do all the things you did in your own home. The Housing Authority takes care of the maintenance, lawn care and snow removal. There is a community room within the structure to enjoy activities such as bingo, birthday parties and potlucks. There are laundry facilities on the premises and utilities are included.
EASTVIEW TERRACE
2001 21st Street
Much like the Grandview Apartments, tenants can control your own cooking, your own thermostat and do all the things you did in your own home. The Housing Authority takes care of the maintenance, lawn care and snow removal. There are laundry facilities in each apartment, and the tenant is responsible for their own utilities, with a rent adjusted discount from the Housing Authority.
